The Employer shall provide free access for taking over the tender documents on the public procurement website free of
charge, together with the procurement notification posted on the same website. Tenderers can take over the tender
documents only from the said website.
In case of submission the Tender by the Tenderer, who has not download the TD from the system "E-procurement" his
Tender shall be rejected.
