The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) plans to procure support for the advancing gender responsible budgeting (GRB) in selected State Institutions as described in this Request for Proposal and its related annexes. UN Women now invites qualified proposers for providing the services as defined in these documents.
