Restricted procedure.

Public works contracts: nature and extent of the contract, general characteristics of the work.

Public supply contracts: nature and quantity of products supplied, where appropriate, by the supplier, nomenclature reference number.

Public service contracts: category and description of the service, nomenclature reference number, quantity of services bought.

The consulting services (‘the Services’) include: the consultant shall perform, amongst other, the duties and authority of the FIDIC Engineer as specified in or necessarily implied from the FIDIC Red Book based works contracts for ‘Construction of Interstate Bridge over Sava River near Gradiska’ between Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The approximate value of the works is: 19 000 000 EUR. The assignment is expected to start in Q4 2019. The expected implementation period for works contract as well as the respective FIDIC engineer services is: 30 months, for execution of the works (works), plus 24 months of Defects Notification Period (DNP), counted from the Intended commencement date for the works contracts.

Contract award criteria.

The best value for money [quality and cost based selection (QCBS) method.

Number of tenders received: 3 (three)

Name and address of the successful economic operators: JV KREBS+KIEFER (Germany) and Institut IGH, d.d. (Croatia)

Price or range of prices (minimum/maximum) paid: 1 875 800,00 EUR (NET of VAT) inclusive of local indirect taxes.

Value of the tender (tenders) retained or the highest tender and lowest tender taken into consideration for the contract award.

Tender 1: 1 875 800,00 EUR;

Where appropriate, value and proportion of contract likely to be subcontracted to third parties.
