2. Shortest period of construction of 8 (eight) tennis courts with dimensions (37 m х 37 m = 1 369 m2) of which 4 (four) with natural grass and 4 (four) with solid base of gross area of 1 369 m2 — 30 points;

3. Shortest period of construction of a facility ( P + 1 ) with the following amenities:

o Playhouse 150 m2

o Supermarket 500 m2

o Offices 200 m2

o Coffee bar 150 m2

— Parking space for all elementary and additional amenities and
— Green areas
— 20 points.
