— Confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings opened against the operator by a competent authority

Proper experience in successfully realized Agreements (delivery and integration of equipment film and video production and post-production) related to the subject of
procurement in the last 3 years, for each part of the technical specification for which the economic operator submits a tender.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Reference List of main deliveries in the last three years of the bidders or candidates (at least one delivery) for each part of the technical specification for which the bidder submits a tender, with values, dates, buyers (Contracting authorities or Economic operators), by providing a Certificate for service delivery (at least one) issued by recipients, or, if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only his Statement of deliveries.
