This road is mountainous difficulties in road traffic in the winter period, characterized by major changes in elevation from one place to other villages. The village Kalauzlija R-601 asphalt road at length about 500 meters. The village Prnalija are coming asphalt road away from R-601 about 700 meters while the village Kuchica are coming at a local asphalt road through
Prnalija.

Purchaser shall pay the Vendor on the basis of delivered invoice within 60 days after the end of the calendar
month in which the service is delivered, the account in the bank which shall inform Vendor.
The days when the lessons were taught, the supplier will arrange transportation for students and for those days
will be charged shipping.
Attachment of invoice receipt is duly certified by the Director of the MPS ‘Strasho Pindzur’ — Karbinci.

— List of vehicles for special line transport of passengers, fulfilling the minimum technical-exploitation conditions (to also attach a confirmation of fulfilling the conditions of the Rulebook on the special technical-exploitation conditions for vehicles for performing separate types of transport in road traffic), stating the planned route for each vehicle, vehicle registration, year of manufacturing, date of the last registration, number of capacity (proof photocopy of the original valid vehicle registration document and photocopy of the statement from the license for the vehicle for special line transport),
— List of qualified drivers for each offered transport means that will perform the transportation (proof M1/M2 form) and photocopy of driver's license for each of the drivers.
— List of available vehicles (minimum one vehicle) for special line transport of passengers that the economic operator owns, in case where the vehicle performing the service for a certain route experiences a defect. The vehicles need to meet the minimum technical-exploitation conditions. (proof photocopy of the original valid vehicle registration document and photocopy of the statement from the license for the vehicle for special line transport).

— Proof of relevant insurance for the licensed vehicles (policies and mandatory insurance of passengers in public transport for each vehicle);
