Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — balance sheet verified by a competent body, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet, in cases when the disclosure of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (datum from the profit and loss account issued by a competent body, i.e. an audited profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract and for maximum of the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date when the enterprise was established or commenced with operation and depending on the availability of such information,
— *A foreign legal entity should submit an audit report that is valid and issued by a foreign recognized institution registered for performing audit, which should contain data on the total economic operation for the foreign bidder in the last 3 years and it must be translated in Macedonian language.

— list of completed works in the last 5 years by enclosing copies of realized contracts and a certificate for satisfactory performance of the requested realized contracts referred to in item 2.5.1, certificates including value, time and location of the performance of the works and findings whether the works were performed in line with the business rules and whether they were properly completed,
— educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or its expert staff and especially of the members (key staff), with enclosed CV of each member (with data on the duration of the contract, description of the facility, category of the facility, description of the contract), with his/her experience included (from month/year to month/year), degree of completed education, proper Authorization “A” and a statement from each of the offered candidates for key staff regarding the credibility of the data contained in the submitted curriculum vitae (CV),
— statement for hired and available key staff at the construction site throughout the entire duration of the contract, regardless of whether they are employed at the economic operator, and in case there is a member of the technical staff that is not employed at the economic operator, his availability should be proven,
— statement regarding the technical equipment and the capability of the economic operator and other potentials that are at the disposal of the economic operator for performance of the respective works and provision of quality,
— proof that the economic operator possesses or that by means of a Rental Contract, Leasing Contract, Procurement Contract or in another manner it has acquired the minimum key equipment referred to in item 2.5.1 in entirely functional condition and must prove that, based on the known arrangements, such equipment will be available throughout the entire period for realization of the proposed contract,
— notice for the elements of the contract the economic operator intends to assign to another subcontractor.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
— The economic operator should have realized minimum 2 (two) contracts for construction of low-rise buildings in the last 5 (five) years, one of which should be worth over 40 000 000,00 MKD with VAT
— The economic operator should have realized minimum 2 (two) contracts for construction of facilities of hydro technical infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years, one of which should be worth over 15 000 000,00 MKD with VAT.
*Key staff:
— 1 (one) graduated civil engineer for roads and railways with Authorization "A" for construction of facilities,
— 1 (one) graduated civil engineer for performing hydro technical works with Authorization "A" for construction of facilities,
— Position: 1 (one) surveyor with minimum 5 (five) years of working experience,
— Position: 1 (one) construction technician with minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in a laboratory. The availability of the stated technical staff at the construction site throughout the entire duration of the contract, regardless of whether they are employed at the economic operator, and in case there is a member of the technical staff that is not employed at the economic operator, his availability should be proven.
*Equipment
— The economic operator should prove that it possesses or that by means of a Leasing Contract, Procurement Contract or in another manner it has acquired the following minimum key equipment in entirely functional condition and must prove that, based on the known arrangements, such equipment will be available throughout the entire period for realization of the proposed contract:
— minimum 4 (four) tipper trucks,
— minimum 1 (one) grader,
— minimum 2 (two) submersible pumps,
— minimum 1 (one) vibratory rammer,
— minimum 1 (one) vibratory roller (steel),
— minimum 1 (one) vibratory roller (rubber),
— minimum 2 (two) mixer trucks,
— minimum 2 (two) trenchers,
— minimum 2 (two) excavators,
— minimum 1 (one) finisher,
— minimum 1 (one) water pump,
— minimum 1 (one) bulldozer,
— minimum 1 (one) machine for marking the horizontal signalization,
— laboratory for current control examinations,
— concrete base,
— asphalt base.
