Selection and Retention of Partners for Project Partnership Agreements in 2022 - Call for Expression of Interest
The UNHCR Representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina is launching a Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) for 2022 partnership agreements and invites interested non-governmental; non-profit organizations, Red Cross and Red Crescent Society to submit Concept Notes.
The CEI is open to all existing and/or new prospective partners who wish to participate in the implementation of UNHCR's operations plan in 2022 in one or more projects as named below and participate in achieving common goals and objectives. Interested organizations/agencies can apply for more than one Call at the same time. Interested organizations/agencies have to apply also for the complete set of activities listed within the Call (partial applications for individual activities will not be considered).
The closing date to submit/receive Concept Notes is 21st of October 2021 close of business day. Late submissions will not be considered for review.

Provision of free legal aid to alt persons of concern to UNHCR in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Provision of psychosocial support and individual protection assistance to recognized' refugees and asylum-seekers in BiH

Ensured socio and economic inclusion for persons in need of international protection, refugees and persons with subsidiary protection in BiH.

The documents required for submission are:
1) Concept Note (Annex D) - concise and clear information not exceeding three pages.
• Express unique advantage and added value for the project objectives.
• Articulate the organization's objectives in undertaking the project.
• Briefly describe the implementation approach for realizing the desired outcome of the project
• Demonstrates its compiementariness to UNHCR's capacities and resources for the project.
2) Partner Declaration (Annex A)
• Please fill and share only if the organization has not worked previously with UNHCR and is not yet registered with UNHCR Headquarters.
3) Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Partner Self-Assessment Form All documents and annexes should be submitted in English.

UNHCR will organize an online briefing (Facebook Hangouts) on the Call for Expression of Interest for interested organizations/agencies, during which any questions can be explained/clarified.
