Članom 9. stav (4) Uputstva o dopunama uputstva o uslovima i načinu objavljivanja obavještenja i dostavljanja izvještaja u
postupcima javnih nabavki u informacionom sistemu „e-nabavke“ («Službeni glasnik BiH» broj 90/14) je navedeno „Ako
ugovorni organ objavi tendersku dokumentaciju u sistemu „E-nabavke“, tenderska dokumentacija se ne može dostavljati na
druge načine predviđene članom 55. stav (1) tač. a)-c) Zakona“
Na osnovu mišljenja Agencije za javne nabavke Bosne i Hercegovine (br. 04-02-1-U-1990-2/16 od 13.04.2016. godine),
ponuda ponuđača koji nije preuzeo tendersku dokumentaciju na Portalu javnih nabavki, ne može biti predmetom ocjene u
procesu evaluacije ponuda.

Ponuđači su dužni izvršiti uvid u predmetnu nabavku na licu mjesta, kako bi se
mogli upoznati sa uslovima i predmetom nabavke, dana 12.07.2017. godine u
