together with the publication of procurement notices on the Public Procurement Portal, and the same cannot be delivered
in other ways provided for in Article 55, paragraph (1) points a) - c ) of the Act.
The TD in question can be downloaded free of charge until September 23, 2022 (Friday) in the following way: in the "E-
procurement" system at the web address: www.ejn.gov.ba.
If the tenderer takes over the TD more than once, the deadline for appeal from Article 101, paragraph (1) point b) of the Act
is calculated from the moment of the first takeover of the TD.
The contracting authority has published the TD on the Public Procurement Portal, where the TD can be inspected, and it will
not be possible to do so at the contracting authority.
