the subject of procurement and the note: "DO NOT OPEN - OPEN BY THE COMMISSION" to the address: Ministry of Health
and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska, Trg Republike Srpska No. 1, 78000 Banja Luka. Requests for participation shall
be submitted in person to the protocol of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska, Trg Republike
Srpska No. 1, 78000 Banja Luka or by registered post, and shall be received by 12.10.2026.year by 12 noon. The contracting
authority reserves the right to cancel the tender or reject all requests for participation at any time before the conclusion of
the contract in accordance with Article 69 of the Law on Public Procurement of BiH (»Official Gazette of BiH«, No.: 39/14,
