The Contracting Authority intends to award a works contract for "The construction of the Courthouse in Trebinje" (Lot 1), "The reconstruction of the Basic Court in Foča and the reconstruction of the District Prosecutor's Office in East Sarajevo" (Lot 2), Bosnia and Herzegovina, with financial assistance from the IPA II Programme.

In case that the tenderer js not able to collect CD from the premises of EU Delegation to BiH, CD with drawings could be sent by the courier to the address of the interested party at its own expense.
Tenders must be submitted using the standard forms included in the tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed.
The deadline for the submission of the tender is 09th October 2017 at 12:00 Central European Time at the address given above.

Delegacija Evropske Unije u BiH ima namjeru da dodijeli ugovor za radove za "Izgradnju zgrade suda u Trebinju" (Lot 1); "Rekonstrukciji zgrade Osnovnog suda u Foči i rekonstrukciju zgrade Okružnog Tužilastva u Istočnom Sarajevu" (Lot 2); Bosna i Hercegovina, uz finansijsku podršku IPA II programa.

Ponude moraju biti dostavljene uz korištenje standardnih formulara navedenih u tenderskoj dokumentaciji, čiji se format i instrukcije moraju strogo poštovati.
Krajnji rok za predaju tendera je 09 oktobar 2017, 12:00 sati, Centralno Evropsko vrijeme, na gore navedenu adresu.
