List and brief description of selection criteria:

A statement of the total turnover of the enterprise (data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised profit and loss account) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, mostly for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced and depending on the availability of such information.

In the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019), the total turnover of the enterprise shall be at least 60 000 000,00 MKD and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the contract for public procurement, for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced and depending on the availability of such information

List of main deliveries to tenderers or candidates made in the last 3 years (2017, 2018, 2019) with values, dates, buyers (contractual or economic operators), by providing a certificate of executed deliveries issued by recipients or, if such confirmations do not can be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with his declaration of performed deliveries minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional condition of the economic operator.

The economic operator must have at least 1 contract of the same type in accordance with the subject of procurement in the last 3 years 2017, 2018, 2019. with a value of the contract minimum 25 000 000,00 MKD.

The contracting authority shall exclude from the procedure for awarding a public procurement contract, any economic operator that:

— within the last 5 years has had a legally effective judgment pronounced against him/her for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— is subject to a bankruptcy procedure or a liquidation procedure,

— has unpaid taxes, contributions or other public dues,

— that has a misdemeanor sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her, and

— that gives false information or fails to submit the data requested by the contracting authority to prove his/her personal circumstance, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
