Konkursna dokumentacija se učesnicima stavlja na raspolaganje isključivo u digitalnom obliku, putem linka:
www.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunkcionalna-dvorana (en.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunctional-hall), na koji se i predaje konkursni
rad.
Pravo učešća na konkursu imaju sva pravna i fizička lica koja ispunjavaju stručne i ostale uslove definisane tenderskom
dokumentacijom bez obzira na teritorijalnu pripadnost. Predajom rada svaki učesnik prihvata propozicije konkursa.
Pitanja u vezi konkursa učesnici mogu postaviti do 21.05.2020.god.
Pitanja i zahtjevi za dodatnim informacijama ili pojašnjenjima dostavljaju se u pisanom obliku isključivo putem
linka:www.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunkcionalna-dvorana (en.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunctional-hall).
Ukoliko do utvrđenog roka pristigne najmanje šest (6) radova koji odgovaraju propozicijama konkursa dodijeliće se sljedeće
nagrade:
- PRVA NAGRADA 30.000,00 EUR(protivvrijednost u KM)
- DRUGA NAGRADA 15.000,00 EUR(protivvrijednost u KM)
- TREĆA NAGRADA 7.500,00 EUR(protivvrijednost u KM).
U skladu sa kompleksnošću i raznolikošću elemenata konkursnog zadatka, konkursna komisija zadržava pravo da, u
zavisnosti od broja i kvaliteta radova, kao i kvaliteta parcijalnih rješenja, može izvršiti i preraspodjelu broja i redoslijeda
nagrada u okviru ukupnog nagradnog fonda. Ostala pravila prema tenderskoj dokumentaciji.
Ugovorni organ ne snosi nikakve troškove ponuđača u postupku po konkursu za izradu idejnog rješenja.

Competition documentation is available for the applicants in digital format via link www.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunkcionalna-
dvorana (en.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunctional-hall).Applicants shall submit their competition proposal in digital format to the
same link.
All legal and natural persons, who meet the professional and other requirements defined under this competition regardless
of their territorial affiliation, have the right to participate in the competition.
By submitting his/her proposal, each participant accepts the conditions of this competition.
Applicants may submit their questions regarding the competition by May 21st 2020.
Questions and requests for additional information or clarifications are provided in writing only via link
www.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunkcionalna-dvorana (en.banjaluka.rs.ba/multifunctional-hall)
If at least six (6) proposals meeting the requirements of the competition are received within the deadline, the following
prizes will be awarded in the net amount:
- FIST PRIZE 30.000, 00 EUR
- SECOND PRIZE 15.000, 00 EUR
- THIRD PRIZE 7.500, 00 EUR
In accordance with the complexity and variety of elements of a competition task, the Competition Jury reserves the right to
reallocate the number and order of prizes within the total prize amount, depending on the number and quality of the
proposals as well as the quality of the partial solutions. The total prize amount, according to the decision of the Competition
Jury, may be proportionally reduced if the less than six (6) proposals are submitted.
Other rules are defined by Public Procurement Documentation.
Contracting Authority will not bear applicant costs in the process of preparation of International open public competition
for the conceptual design .
