The Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Borrower) has received a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (the Bank) – towards the cost of the “Water and Sanitation in the Federation of BiH Project”. The International Invitation for Tenders related to the contract for the Design and Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Široki Brijeg, promoted by the Municipality of Široki Brijeg, FBiH.

The Tender Procedure is being annulled due to unavailability of funds with the Contracting Authority. The difference between the estimated and offered costs is substantially high.

Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new contract notice will be published, unless the contracting authority awards the contract through a negotiated procedure – in which case only the award of the contract will be published.
