— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquified ation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty, ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty, temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,

Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
 

For Part 1 — Subsidiary ‘Tikvesh’ — Kavadarci the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) tracked excavator backhoe with min. power of 100 KW, min 1.1 m³ bucket, arrow min 7.5 m, and a depth of excavation min 5m; to have available a tipper truck with a capacity of at least 10 m³. The economic operator to have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with a minimum of two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 2 — Subsidiary ‘South Vardar’ — Gevgelija to have available at least one Construction machine — skip of a minimum of 8 tons with a front basket of 0.8 to 1.0 m³, and a rear basket of 0.25 to 0.60 m³ to have available at least one Construction machine - excavator, 8-12 tons and bucket volume of 0.8 to 1.0 m³, and operating distance of 5 to 7 meters. the economic operator to have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum 2 years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 3 — Subsidiary ‘Crn Drim’ — Ohrid to have available at least one combined construction machine-backhoe with power over 50 KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0 m³ and a rear bucket (depth spoon) with a digging capacity of 0,3-0,5 m³. the economic operator to have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 4 — Subsidiary ‘Radovishko Pole’ — Radovish the economic operator should have available at least one (1) excavator with power over 90 KW, 15-20 tonnes, with a depth spoon with a capacity of the spoon of 0,5-0,8 m³. to have available at least one combined construction machine-excavator with power over 50 KW, with front bucket of loading capacity of 0,5-1,0 m³ and rear bucket (depth spoon) with a digging capacity of 0,3-0,5 m³. to have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of at least 8 m³. to have available a minimum of 1 (one) Tractor with trailer; to have available a vehicle to transport the machines — lowbed trailer over 15 tons; to have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 5 — Subsidiary ‘Polog’— Gostivar the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) medium-sized wheeled excavator — min. power of 90 KW, weight of 15-20 tons, with a spoon of a capacity of 0,5 m³-1 m³. the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) small-sized excavator — min. power of 80-100 KW, 10-15 tons, with a spoon of a capacity of 0,2-0,5 m³ - caterpillar. to have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a loading capacity of at least 8 m³-10 m³. the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 6 — Subsidiary ‘Kumanovsko-Lipkovsko Pole’ — Kumanovo the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) caterpillar Bulldozer TG-80 ‘or equivalent ’; the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of minimum 8 m³. to have available at least 1 (one) loading machine with power over 50 KW, with a loading bucket of a minimum capacity of 1 m³. to have available at least 1 (one) Excavator on tracks with power above 110 KW, weighing minimum 16.0 t, length of arrow at least 4.0 m, volume of bucket at least 0.7 m³, to have available at least 1 (one) Excavator on wheels with power above 90 KW, weighing minimum 16.0 t, length of arrow at least 4.0 m, volume of bucket at least 0.5 m³, to have available a minimum of 1 (one) Tractor with trailer; to have available at least 1 (one) gas Motor chainsaw with power above 1.5 KW; the economic operator should have available, for the motor chainsaw, at least 1 (one) operator with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a motor chainsaw, the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 7 — Subsidiary ‘Berovo’ to have available at least one Construction machine-backhoe, 8-12 tons, with bucket of a volume of 0,8-1,0 m³ and operating distance of 5 to 7 meters. to have available a low-bed trailer for transporting machines over 15 tons, the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 8 — Subsidiary ‘Skopsko Pole’ — Skopje: the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) freight motor vehicle — truck for transport of construction machines with maximum load capacity of up to 40 t, the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine excavator on tracks with power above 110 KW, with a maximum length of the grip of the arrow 9 m, volume of the bucket of at least 0.5 m³; to have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine wheeled excavator with power over 90 KW, with maximum length of the grip of the arrow 6m, volume of the bucket at least 0.5 m³; to have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine mini excavator with power over 30 KW, with a maximum length of the grip of the arrow 4 m; to have available at least one combined construction machine-backhoe with power over 50 KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0 m³ and a rear bucket (depth spoon) with a digging capacity of 0,3-0,5 m³. to have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of at least 8 m³.

The economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum 2 years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.
 

For Part 9 — Subsidiary ‘Strumicko Pole’ — the economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) excavator with power over 90 KW, 15-20 tons, with depth spoon of a capacity of 0,5-0,8 m^3. to have available at least one combined construction machine-backhoe with power over 50 KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0 m³ and a rear bucket (depth spoon) with a digging capacity of 0,3-0,5 m³. to have available a vehicle to transport the machines — lowbed trailer over 15 tons. the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum 2 years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 10 — Subsidiary ‘Bregalnica’ — Kocani: the economic operator should have available at least 2 (two) caterpillar Excavators of a power above 110 KW, equipped with a bucket with a flat cutter, width over 200 cm and volume over 1 m³. to have available at least 2 (two) Wheeled excavators of a power over 90 KW, equipped with a bucket with a flat cutter, width over 200 cm and volume over 1 m³. to have available a Truck with a load capacity of minimum 6 tons, equipped with a hydraulic telescopic crane, To have at disposal at least 2 (two) Trucks with a load capacity of 10 m³ earth material. the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 11 — Subsidiary ‘Prilepsko Pole’ — Prilep: the economic operator should have available at least 2 (two) Construction machines caterpillar excavator with power above 90 KW, with a minimum length of grip of the arrow 9 m, weighing min./max 15-22 t, capacity of spoon of min. 0,5 m³. to have available at least two (2) Construction machines wheeled excavator with power over 50 KW, with minimum length of grip of the arrow 6 m, with a weight of min/max 15-20 t, capacity of the spoon min. 0,3 m³. to have available at least two combined construction machines-backhoe with power over 50 KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0 m³ and a rear bucket (depth spoon) with a digging capacity of 0,3-0,5 m³. to have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine bulldozer with power over 70 KW, with weight min/max 10-15 t. the economic operator should have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum two years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 1 — Subsidiary ‘Tikvesh’ — Kavadarci A statement that he has available at least 1 (one) tracked excavator backhoe with min. power of 100 KW, min 1.1 m³ bucket, arrow min 7.5 m, and a depth of excavation min 5m;

A statement that he has available a tipper truck with a capacity of at least 10 m³. A statement that the economic operator has available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 2 — Subsidiary ‘South Vardar’ — Gevgelija A statement that he has available at least one Construction machine — skip of a minimum of 8 tons with a front basket of 0.8 to 1.0 m³, and a rear basket of 0.25 to 0.60 m³
