Refurbishment of floods affected facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina

UNICEF in Bosnia and Herzegovina is looking for local companies to undertake refurbishment of 4 facilities in flood affected areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Potential bidders should submit bidding documentation consisting of:

A) Sealed envelope with signed forms Invitation to Bid (UNICEF form) along with offer for refurbishment work

B) Unit costs of requested items presented in BAM without VAT (Value Added Tax-PDV)

C) Delivery timeline

D) Guarantee terms for indicated work done

E) Reference list of similar services /work completed in the past

UNICEF wiil perform reference check before the contract is signed with selected bidder.

Tendering documentation (UNICEF form Invitation to Bid) with detailed instructions on submission of mandatory documentation can be found on UNICEF BiH website www.unicef.ba.

The bids must be delivered in sealed envelope to UNICEF, Zmaja od Bosne b.b., Sarajevo by 2 October 2014 at 17.00 hrs with the remark: ITB no. 003/2014 for refurbishment of flood affected facillties in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All bidders are invited for the public opening of the bids. The public opening will be held on 6 October 2014 at 12.00 hrs in UN House, UNICEF Office, Zmaja od Bosne b.b .Sarajevo.

In accordance with UNICEF Rules and Regulations the award and the reasons for making the award are UNICEF's internal decision and information about other bidders or their bids must not be divulged.

The invitation for submission of proposals does not obligate signing of the contract with bidders, nor does it assume the obligation to pay the costs of preparing the bids. UNICEF accepts no responsibility for undelivered bids, and will not accept proposals after the closing date and time.
