Interested subject, from the Article 2 paragraph (1) item c) from the Act registered in the system of “E-procurement”
without payment, can obtain tender documentation announced in the system(“E-procurement”) .Announcing tender
documentation by “E-procurement” system, other ways of providing it(which are predicted by the article 55, paragraph (1),
item a)-c) of the Act), are disabled.
And this way of obtaining is without payment too.
Tender documentation can be obtained more than once for the same procedure of the public procurement. If the user of
the system obtains tender documentation for the same procedure more than once, the deadline for appeal from the Article
101 paragraph 1) item b) of the Act is counted from the first obtaining of the documentation.
