Name of Tender: Supply of Track Maintenance Machines and Small Track Machinery Title of contract awarded: Tender was cancelled

I refer to the tender that you have submitted for the above referenced project.

We regret to inform you that, as a result of the tender evaluation process, your tender had not been selected for award of this contract.

On 15 March 2021 at 12:00 (noon), at the address Musala 2. Sarajevo, in the presence of the members of Commission ofŽFBH for public opening of bids, the opening of single bid, received from GEISMAR S.A.S., 113 bis Avenue Charles de Gaulle, was performed: at the opening, in the presence of the authorized bidder's representative Mr. Srdan Babić. Area Sales Manager, the price was read, which significantly exceeded the planned budget.

In the period from 15 March 2021 to 2 April 2021, the same Commission performed a detailed review of the bid, and unanimously decided that the bid did not meet the qualification requirements of the Tender documentation and could not be accepted due to exceeding the planned budget.

Names of tenderers whose tenders were rejected

• Bid prices significantly exceed cost estimates and are therefore unacceptable;
• All bids are rejected and the tender was cancelled.

Also keep in mind that you may request a briefing in writing to further determine the basis which your bid was not selected.
