PROCUREMENT OF RECONSTRUCTION SS 110/x kV SARAJEVO 14

II 1.b. Description of the object of the contract

The subject of this procedure is the procurement of the reconstruction of the substation SS Sarajevo 14 in the scope of:
preparation of project documentation and provision of necessary permits for the construction and use of the facility,
installation of a new power transformer 110/21(10.5)/10.5 kV – 40 MVA (provided by the Client), procurement and

installation of a new 110 kV MOP (in the scope: two transformer bays, four cable bays, two measuring fields and
longitudinal sectioning of busbars), procurement and installation of a new medium voltage plant 20(10) kV, procurement
and installation of protection and control cabinets (for two transformer bays, for four cable bays, for two measuring fields
and longitudinal disassembly of busbars), procurement and installation of SCADA systems, procurement of equipment for
own consumption (auxiliary voltage distribution cabinet 3x230/400 V AC; auxiliary voltage distribution cabinet 220 V DC;
accumulator battery and rectifier), dismantling of existing equipment in a 110 kV plant, dismantling of an existing medium-
voltage plant, construction and electrical installation works, functional tests, commissioning of the facility, all in accordance
with the project assignment, technical specifications and requirements for equipment, service and works and other required
requirements indicated in this tender documentation, based on the needs of the contracting authority.

documentation by “E-procurement” system, other ways of providing it(which are predicted by the article 55, paragraph (1),
item a)-c) of the Act), are disabled.
