Procurement and installation of a new telecommunications system

The project aims to establish a new telecommunications infrastructure across Bosnia and Herzegovina. This includes
acquiring new network equipment, defining system architecture, installing and configuring network equipment,
implementing security mechanisms, and setting up video surveillance, access control, IP telephony, and power supply

systems. The project is designed as a turnkey solution, ensuring reliable and secure communication for all IT resource users,
supporting new centralized services, and integrating future information systems. The goal is to modernize the
telecommunications system to support operational, security, and administrative processes, addressing current
infrastructure limitations and ensuring scalability and flexibility for future needs.
