The subject of this procurement is the delivery, installation, configuration and training for a complete system for biometric
identification of voters and for scanning ballot papers at polling stations, including all required components: equipment,
software, consumables, technical support, printing of ballot papers, and distribution to the competent election authorities,
with the aim of ensuring secure, transparent and efficient conduct of elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
