"Preparation of the preliminary design and Pre-feasibility study for the modernization of the existing road and upgrading to
the level of the expressway, section: border of R Croatia - Bihać - Ključ"

This Procurement includes preparing the following project documents: Preparation all fases of preliminary design of the

road and facilities, including feasibility study of the future expressway Ključ (inter-entity border) - Bihać- Izačić (the border o
f R. Croatia), as well as all studies necessary for obtaining the Urban permit (number and type of these documents should be
fully sufficient to obtain Urban permit). The description and scope of the services specified in the Terms of Reference, which
is an integral part of tender documentation.

The Employer shall provide free access for taking over the tender documents on the public procurement website free of
charge, together with the procurement notification posted on the same website. Tenderers can take over the tender
documents only from the said website.
In case of submission the Tender by the Tenderer, who has not download the TD from the system "E-procurement" his
Tender shall be rejected.
